Love tapas? There’s a brand-new restaurant opening at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre and we can’t wait to check it out.

Authentic Spanish tapas bar Bebemos will be opening in the Garhoud hotel at the end of March and promises to “bring exotic flavours from Europe’s Iberian Peninsula”.

As well as a selection of traditional tapas, there will also be a live paella station.

Interiors are set to be vibrant and lively, and there will be a range of Spanish beverages too.

And it’s not the only new spot to try in the hotel, as longstanding steak restaurant M’s Grill has a swish new look – and is now called Beef Bistro.

The restaurant has had a major revamp – both in terms of menu and look. It’s now open, serving up an “international array of beef” including cuts from Japan, Australia, New Zealand, the US and Argentina.

Beef Bistro’s neighbour, Seafood Market, is also undergoing a renovation and will relaunched this month, too.
