Dubai’s Wavebreaker Beach & Grill launches new vegan menu

Whether you’re giving Veganuary a crack of the whip or you’re full-on Vegan, the new plant-based menu at Wavebreaker looks worthy of a gander.

The chefs have been grilling, baking and sautéing those greens to come up with a menu as tasty as it is wholesome, and we can't wait to see what they've produced.

Get your plant-hankering chops around mixed quinoa salad roasted with butternut squash, pumpkin seed, and raspberry vinaigrette, mini falafels in pitta pockets and refreshing watermelon with silken tofu soaked in balsamic dressing and garnish with candied pecan nut.

The new dishes start at Dhs65 and complete an already expansive new menu at the beachside venue.

The restaurant is only the latest in a long line to launch a vegan menu including Vietnamese Foodies and Ronda Locatelli, check out the full list here.

Fancy a vegan burger? Bareburger, Black Tap and DIRT have some top options.
From Dhs65. Open daily noon-11pm. Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, JBR, The Walk (04 318 2582).
