Put a little spice into Valentine’s Day this year – literally. For Dhs495 per couple, Little Miss India will be dishing out a four-course Indian set menu featuring chicken tikka, dal makhani, bhutiyan dey kebab, assorted naan breads and cheesecake with berry compote.

Gaucho is the place to be if you’re looking for a candle-lit dinner (and a steak). Carnivorous ouples can begin their evening with a few fanciful starters such as the truffle lomo carpaccio and truffle burrata. Moving on to mains, expect bife de chorizo or bife de lomo, or the saffron and coconut risotto. Finish off with torontes gourmand, comprised of chocolate truffles, dulce de leche cheesecake and passion fruit profiterole.

There’ll be live performances and entertainment too, ensuring a lively vibe for fun-loving pairs at this quirky Asian eatery.

This longstanding Creekside spot is planning on celebrating Valentine’s all month long with a specially themed mixed seafood platter (it’s designed to share but we won’t judge if you don’t). Couples can get in on the offer for Dhs350, but if you wait for Thursday February 14, you can also get a special Valentine’s Day deal, which includes a bottle of sparkling or grape for Dhs375. There’ll also be a percussionist playing throughout the evening to set the mellow tone.

QE2 – An Evening in Paris
What’s fancier than Valentine’s aboard the iconic QE2? The cruise ship’s “An Evening in Paris” offer will transport passengers to the most romantic city in the world, without leaving the dock. Couples can expect an evening of opera at the QE2 Supper Club in the Grand Lounge, where there will also be a five-course dinner, welcome bubbly and free flowing beverages throughout the night, all for Dhs495. Acts include a unique opera series and the QE2 Orchestra.

Toro + Ko, LIMA Dubai and Galvin Bistrot & Bar at The Square are all taking part in Valentine’s Day, offering three different five-course set menus to celebrate the most romantic time of the year. For a Parisian foodie affair, Galvin Bistro & Bar will have everything from foie gras and beef Wellington, while those seeking some South American dishes such as razor clam padano bites and the short rib anticucho can head to LIMA Dubai. Last but not least, Toro + Ko boasts Spanish dishes including quail escabeche, seared red snapper and vegetarian paella. Now you just need to choose which one.
