Vegans who love nothing more than a quick and tasty Mexican meal are in luck, as popular fast food chain Taqado Mexican Kitchen has launched a new menu.

The Lean Mean Bean menu is a new plant-based menu that will be available at all 18 locations across the UAE, including Dubai Media City, Barsha Heights and The Dubai Mall.

Dishes on the new menu include a new vegan burrito, vegan quesadilla and vegan earth salad. And we can’t think of a better way to get our plant-based fill on our lunch hour.

“Although Taqado’s current menu is already vegan-friendly with customisable options for burritos and burrito boxes, the Lean Mean Bean Menu offers three 100 percent vegan dishes, with no customisation necessary,” said Christian Janssen, COO of Taqado Mexican Kitchen.

“We created the menu with vegan and vegetarian customers in mind, but we trbelieve the new dishes will appeal to everyone. Whether you want to lower your meat intake, track your macros, or boost your protein intake with a non-meat alternative, we have something for you. Our vegan cheese is pretty incredible too”.

Taqado is already a popular option for vegans and vegetarians due to its build-your-own burritos, tacos and bowls, which you can stuff full of rice, beans and veggies.
