The Loft launches ‘biggest caviar brunch in town’

Caviar is synonymous with fancy, but now you can indulge without breaking the bank.

The Loft at Dubai Opera is now serving up the “Biggest Caviar Brunch in Town”, and it’s laying on unlimited amounts of the luxury stuff.

Taking place every Friday until March 29, the special brunch will feature a dining experience with AmStur Caviar, a Calfornia-based company known for its farm-to-table caviar. Each brunch will feature different types of the dish on a weekly basis, so you'll have to come back to try it all.

Expect various stations including a raw bar where guests can pile on as much caviar as they wish, as well as live cooking stations where chefs will whip up Italian and seafood dishes.

Brunchgoers can get freshly made risotto and pizza, along with grilled seafood dishes – all topped off with caviar, of course.

The brunch will kick off at noon until 4pm, with live entertainment including a resident DJ and a saxophonist playing throughout the event.

Prices starts at Dhs395, and the restaurant recommend booking a spot in advance if you’re looking to sit on its outdoor terrace with views of the Burj Khalifa. To book yourself in, call 04 362 7312.

The Loft replaced Sean Connolly at Dubai Opera last month, sitting at the top of the building boasting stunning views.

In the meantime, pass us that caviar.
Dhs395 (soft drinks), Dhs495 (house beverages), Dhs595 (sparkling). Fri, noon-4pm. Until Fri Mar 29. Dubai Opera, Downtown Dubai (04 362 7312).
