Pret A Manger opens fourth branch at DIFC

Pret A Manger has opened its fourth branch in Dubai – and we can't wait to get one of those delicious baguettes.

The café is serving up its range of handmade sandwiches, soups, salads, wraps and more, joining branches at The Dubai Mall and Dubai International Airport.

You can also expect plenty of hot drinks, juices and smoothies – with plenty of Pret classics on offer as well as vegetarian and vegan options.

Go for a mozzarella and tomato croissant for breakfast, or have a Posh cheddar baguette for lunch. If you're sticking with healthier choices, try out the Superfood mezze salad.

There are also loads of treats including the double berry muffin, praline cookie and chocolate croissant.

The new shop is open from Sunday to Thursday from 7am to 7pm and can be found on the ground floor of Gate Building at DIFC's Marble Walk.

Michael Haley, managing director of partnerships at Pret, said: “We’re thrilled to open a new shop in Dubai, right in the heart of the DIFC area. The DIFC team have been training in shops in Dubai and the UK, and they’re looking forward to meeting our new customers.

“We’re also delighted our reusable cup discount has rolled out to shops in Dubai to encourage more customers to bring in a reusable.

“In January 2018 we doubled our discount in the UK for customers who bring their own reusable cup to 50p and usage has increased significantly.”

Kevin Zajax, Emirates Leisure Retail chief operating officer, added: “We are proud to work with such a passionate team at Pret to launch our fourth shop in Dubai.

“The appetite for fresh, convenient, on-the-go food has never been stronger and DIFC is a thriving commercial and residential hub in the heart of Dubai.

“We are confident Pret will be a huge hit for everyone in the area and we look forward to seeing you all there.”
Open Sun-Thu, 7am-7pm. Ground floor, Gate Building, DIFC, pret.ae
