It’s the best Latin American restaurant in Dubai, according to the Time Out Dubai 2019 Restaurant Awards, and it’s getting a brand-new deal for the rest of May.

COYA, found at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, has announced an overhaul of its menu for the warmer months, with dishes inspired by the idea of keeping cool. The Fin de Samana (literally translating to “weekend”) menu caters to both meat-eaters and the herbivores among us, with the deal offering up a ceviche, two appetisers, a main course – all for just Dhs280.

So what can you expect from the menu? Well, you’ll be able to choose from Chilean sea bass, wagyu short rib, beef rib, corn-fed baby chicken and sea bass croquettes, just as an example. But it’s the dessert where we’re really left licking our fingers – we can’t get enough of the churros de naranja: orange and lime-flavoured churros with a milk chocolate and dulce de leche sauce. They’re unbelievable, and go some distance towards making this one of the best restaurants in Dubai – certainly the best Latin American restaurant (and you can see the full list here).

As the name suggests, the deal is available on Fridays and Saturdays from 12.30pm until 4pm.
