MasterChef, The Experience restaurant launches special summer set menu

MasterChef, The Experience has launched a brand-new summer tasting menu – and time is ticking to try it out.

For one month only, you can get stuck into three courses of top quality grub from former contestants of the hit TV show for just Dhs129 – or Dhs229 for three courses with a two hour grape package.

The offer is available now for both lunch and dinner and will be running until Tuesday July 9, bringing you a selection of famous MasterChef dishes for a fraction of the cost.

Dishes to try include the Waldorf yuzu salad (apple, pear, celery, grapefruit segments, sultanas, caramelised walnuts, yuzu mayo, yuzu kosho) from James Nathan – MasterChef UK Champion Season 4 in 2008.

Or get stuck into the cured salmon with puffed rice (beetroot-cured salmon, homemade puffed rice, green Nam Jim sauce, sesame oil) from Tamara Graffen – MasterChef Australia Finalist Season 9 in 2017.

Main courses include rolled mushroom gnocchi (potato gnocchi, porcini mushroom duxelle, Parmesan cheese, butter, sage) created by Laura Cassai – MasterChef Australia Finalist Season 6 in 2014, seabass fillet baked in lavash bread (skinless seabass fillet, saffron, chilli and coriander butter, lavash bread) from Saliha Mahmood Ahmed – MasterChef UK Champion Season 13 in 2017, or fried chicken waffles with southeast asian salad (fried chicken thighs marinated in spicy yoghurt, breakfast-style waffles bean sprouts, chilli, mint, Thai basil and coriander salad, chilli caramel sauce), also by Tamara Graffen.

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, it’s time for a spot of dessert. Dishes include James Nathan’s deconstructed Eton mess (lemon and Japanese sansho pepper meringue, raspberry coulis, strawberries, mint jelly, whipped cream), honey chocolate mousse (chocolate aero-mousse, mandarin sauce, honeycomb candy, honey ice-cream, caramel, jelly) created by Mimi Baines – MasterChef Australia Finalist Season 8 in 2016, or chai crème brûlée (vanilla bean cream, darjeeling tea, orange skin, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, homemade seaweed puffed rice, black salt) by the MasterChef, the TV Experience restaurant team.

We can’t wait to fill our boots.
Until Tue Jul 9, noon-3pm, 7pm-11pm. Millennium Place Marina, Dubai Marina, (04 550 8111).
