Take dinner on a Dhow at Dubai creek

You probably wouldn’t do it every week, but you should do it at least once

Now this gives a whole meaning to seafood. If you fancy a cruise along the beautiful waterways of Dubai while you dine, there are plenty of options to float your boat along the Creek.

A fleet of traditional dhow vessels – used in years gone by for fishing and trading – have been transformed into floating dinner restaurants.

Many provide on-board entertainment, such as Arabian dancing and music, alongside a bumper buffet spread. The striking boats will take sea-faring foodies on a tour of the best sights of the city.

If the Creek is the wrong end of town for you, the twinkling waters of Dubai Marina are also a popular spot to jump on board to explore the emirate’s rich maritime heritage in style.
