If you like to eat breakfast like a king, but don’t really want to spend like one, this month-long breakfast deal is for you.
Huqqa and The Market at The Dubai Mall, Downtown Dubai is celebrating ‘Turkish Breakfast Month’ by offering brekkie fans 50 percent off its entire breakfast menu. That means dishes start from Dhs5.
Until Wednesday July 31, diners will get to “design their own breakfast” at an affordable price thanks to the restaurants’ newly launched menu that’s full of smaller platters. Mix and match for whatever you’re craving.
Highlights include home-baked ekmek bread, toasty simit sesame rings and the venues signature börek – a crispy Turkish cheese-filled pastry that’s essential in any Turkish breakfast.
There’s also the beyaz peynir, a salty white cheese with milder tulum cheese, made with goat milk and produced in Aegean regions of Turkey, along with fresh falafel poğça grilled halloumi, Turkish cream, honeycomb and also Nutella.
If you are really looking for a big breakfast, try out the ‘Serpeme Kahvalti’ for two, priced at Dhs120 with the discount. What does it offer? It’s a big list.
Expect a basket of Turkish breads and pastries, two plates of eggs any style, pan fried sujuk, a cheese platter, honey comb, fresh Turkish cream, variations of black and green olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, a fresh fruit platter and finally, some Nutella for good measure.
On weekdays, breakfast is served from 10am to 1pm and from 10am to 3pm on weekends. Pick your time and dig in.
Looking for more of a breakfast brunch? You’re in luck, as Park House has set one up, and it’s on Dhs55. Bargain.
