Since opening its doors earlier this year, Masala Library has wowed guests with its innovative dishes that use cutting-edge techniques and the latest technology – including molecular gastronomy – which is an intrinsic part of its menu.

The restaurant is the magnum-opus of the legendary Jiggs Kalra, who was known as the ‘Czar of Indian Cuisine’, and his son Zorawar Kalra and it’s also the first restaurant by Kalra to sit outside of India.

Masala Library offers an exceptional Indian culinary adventure by combining cultural heritage from centuries before with modern-day cooking techniques.

Using the freshest ingredients, carefully balanced spices and a “futuristic” presentation style, it makes for an exciting meal – and one that will also do wonders for your Instagram feed…

Diners can be taken on a culinary voyage through the great nation plate-by-plate with the restaurant’s signature 12-course tasting menu which offers creative dishes from different provinces of the country, each one telling a story of India’s rich cultural heritage.

Highlights on the menu include a deconstructed samosa, chicken tikka prepared three ways, a Rajasthani mutton curry, mushroom chai, jalebi caviar and for those who fancy a tipple there’s also a grape pairing option.

What’s more, the restaurant has created a new unique floating dessert made with 70 percent dark chocolate, which also features on the tasting menu.

The fourth-floor restaurant is open daily from 6pm onwards and also boasts a trendy bar area serving redefined Indian tapas dishes and unique mixed drinks.

Masala Library is continuously at the forefront of innovative cuisine – book a table now and thank us later.
