There’s a newcomer to the Asian dining scene in Dubai opening up shop, and it aims to bring a fresh Pan-Asian dining concept to Dubai Marina.

Taking over the space previously occupied by the Spice Emporium at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi, Sui Mui brings a combination of Asian delicacies from Thailand, Philippines, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and China. That’s quite the mash-up.

Open from 6pm until 10.45pm all week except for Friday, when it's open from 7pm until 11.45pm, the new venue boasts Asian-themed interior designs with accents from across the continent, along with a new terrace featuring bamboo finishings.

As for its menu crafted by Thai-born chef Khampun, foodies can expect everything from Chinese kung pao chicken and spicy Thai curries, to Indian butter chicken and classic Korean bibimbap.

Sui Mui will also have an array of signature tropical mixed drinks from the master mixologists at its bar.
