Dubai’s BOCA to host special zero-waste dinner

DIFC’s BOCA, which is already well-known for sourcing local and sustainable ingredients, will be hosting environmental activist and film producer Jo Ruxton for a special zero-waste dinner on Wednesday November 27.

The evening kicks off at 7pm with a welcome reception and a 20-minute version of Jo Ruxton’s award-winning documentary film ‘A Plastic Ocean’ – complete with sustainable movie snacks and drinks, of course.

The short movie screening will be followed by a zero waste dinner at 8pm.

The forward-thinking kitchen will be drawing attention to lesser known local produce and maximising the usage of food, and paired with environmentally-conscious juices for Dhs195 or grape for Dhs295.
