Think you’ve made your way around all of OPA Dubai’s varied list of deliciously Greek dishes? Think again, as it’s brought in a new array of delicious Mediterranean delicacies to eat your way around.
The Greek restaurant in Fairmont Dubai is introducing a selection of delicious dishes prepared in authentic Greek-style with traditional flavours and exotic spices to keep those taste buds tingling.
Where to start? The Grecian sojourn is a good shout, served with OPA’s freshly baked warm breads and its latest creamy artichoke dip comprised of smoked metsovone and ricotta cheese infused with charred jalapeno.
There’s also a rich baked burrata to dig into, filled with spicy tomato sauce and florin jam served alongside a mixed salad, pickled shallots and freshly grilled pita.
For pizza-lovers, try the ladenia, a traditional Greek style flatbread infused with spiced aubergines, sundried tomatoes and seasoned peppers. And it comes topped off with a rich layer of labneh and sesame seeds.
Plant-eater? Don’t fret, as veggies can try OPA’s new imam bayildi, made with roasted aubergines, caramelised onions, roasted pine nuts and yoghurt.
After all that, it’s time to try out OPA’s new mains. Seafood-loving foodies can select from the Josper-grilled salmon made of organic salmon in a smooth and rich cauliflower purée with roasted fennel cream sauce.
More of a pasta fan? The seafood linguine is right up you alley, made up of zesty tiger prawns, tender calamari and fresh octopus churned in harissa butter and served with tomato sauce.
Last but certainly not least, warm up with OPA’s steaming bowl of stifado, a hearty stew prepared with a juicy and tender 48-hour braised beef rib, metsovone potato purée, caramelised baby onions tomato and veal jus.
