Doing a food challenge on your 2019 bucket list? Well you now have one last chance, and it packs quite a punch.
Throughout December, Fuchsia Urban Thai in Business Bay and Barsha Heights is offering a spicy challenge for the firm of stomach.
For the challenge, chef Sangwon has created a mixture of spices from both his home town of Chiang Mai and from right here in the UAE. In other words, very hot stuff. All spice-eaters have to do is get through the meal. That’s it, so good luck.
To make it easier, challengers will be able to pick a stir-fry of their choice, along with a protein to go along with it including chicken, seafood, beef or vegetables.
For any of those that can take the spice and manage to get through, not only will the meal will be on the house, but they’ll forever be on the restaurant’s wall of fame.
The Fuchsia Spice Challenge will run until Tuesday December 31, giving challengers plenty of time to muster up the courage and take it on before New Year’s Eve.
