Sometimes, a simple beef, tomato and lettuce burger just doesn’t cut it when looking for an amazing burger to chomp on in Dubai (we’ve found some here). So, why not experiment with 2,000 other combiantions?

And now that Vienna’s famed burger restaurant Le Burger has opened up in Dubai – the first international opening for the brand – you can do just that.

The Austrian fast-casual burger joint has opened its doors right next to Ski Dubai at Mall of the Emirates, and we got a first look at its gourmet burgers and fresh, design-savvy setting.

Open daily from 10am until 8pm, burger-hunters can try a host of its signature burgers, including its Worth Melting For, a beef bacon cheese burger that’s drenched in melted cheddar cheese sauce – for Dhs66.

Each burger has a unique take, such as the fig, dates and goat's cheese Fata Morgana Burger for Dhs60, grilled banana and peanut butter in the Elvis Burger also for Dhs60 and a pineapple, cream cheese and sweet chili variety in the tropical Hawaii Burger for Dhs54.

There’s also vegan-friendly burgers on show, featuring the avocado and mango curry San Francisco Burger for Dhs56 or the feta cheese, grilled veggies and rosemary-orange mayo Greek Burger for the same price.

Along with the food, Le Burger also boasts sustainability, where customers and shoppers can refill their bottles with safe-to-drink tap water.

Tables made from recycled wooden planks and sugarcane boxes are used as takeaway containers, there are edible straws (intriguing) and there’s a self-watering botanical wall.

“Dubai’s constantly evolving F&B scene presents an exciting opportunity for us and we are confident Le Burger’s innovative, trendy and top-notch product will exceed all expectations,” said CEO Ingo Faust.

“There are items on the menu the city has never seen before, and we are eager to watch guests fall in love with a brand that simply promises to deliver passion in a bun.”
