Vegan or vegetarian and on the hunt for some top-notch pub grub?

Look no further and get yourselves down to The Irish Village in both Garhoud and Dubai Studio City.

The popular spot has launched a brand-spanking new menu featuring an array or vegetarian and vegan-friendly dishes.

Vegetarian starters include an apple, pear and walnut salad, a healthy hot quinoa salad with asparagus, green beans, baby spinach, sweet potato, feta cheese and mixed seeds, and a roasted butternut squash and pear salad with mixed lettuce and berries.

Vegans can chomp away on a beetroot and quinoa salad (which also happens to be gluten-free) with mango, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, mixed lettuce, mixed seeds and avocado.

New main course dishes include a spinach and cheese burger with chips and an array of delicious-sounding vegan-friendly mains include a dhal curry, cauliflower Manchurian, a pumpkin and chickpea coconut curry and penne pasta with mixed mushrooms in either a tomato sauce or a creamy coconut milk sauce.

If you love your meat you’ll be pleased to hear that new meaty dishes include barbecued spare ribs, veal shank and carrots in a soya and sweet tomato sauce served with mash and boy choy.

There’s also the butter chicken masala served with rice and poppadoms and slow-cooked oxtail stew served with rice – both of which are gluten-free.

Sounds ace to us.
