The LPM Dubai terrace has had a revamp led by LPM director Bob Ramchard, with interiors from Sagrada and it comes ahead of LPM’s tenth anniversary later this year.
“The French Riviera exudes culture, lifestyle, relaxation,” said Ramchard. “We wanted our diners to step onto the terrace and be transported to the South of France, the new terrace has a timeless French and classic Mediterranean look and feel just like our restaurants.”
The new space aims to “transport guests to the stunning Côte d'Azur” and has Belle Époque-inspired shutters and an ornate wrought iron gate. There are also wall-mounted glass lanterns similar to those found in southern France as well as greenery and hanging flowers.
Dishes on the menu include burrata with tomatoes and basil, snails with garlic butter, yellowtail with avocado and citrus dressing, warm prawns with olive oil, lamb cutlets with smoked aubergine, slow-cooked duck legs with an orange glaze and vanilla cheesecake, so if you fancy checking these out while sitting on the new terrace, now’s your chance.
Open daily noon-3.30pm, 7pm-11.30pm. Gate Village 8, DIFC, www.lpmrestaurants.com/dubai (04 439 0505).
