Looking for a top foodie experience in Dubai?

British celebrity chef Tom Aikens will be hosting an exclusive dining experience at Pots, Pans & Boards in JBR.

Taking place on Tuesday March 17 at 7pm, the Michelin-starred chef has curated a special six-course menu for Dhs195 per person featuring seasonal ingredients and British delicacies.

Starters include steak tartare with crispy shallots and a quail egg yolk, and a lobster bisque shooter topped with a poached tiger prawn.

Refresh your palate with parsley crumbled goat's cheese beetroot purée, pickled melon, pickled beetroot and a beet dressing before moving on to mains.

As for main courses? Expect a classic pan seared sea bass with polenta, black olives, a saffron-infused butter sauce and homemade mash.

Diners will then move on to slow-cooked braised short ribs with truffle celeriac purée, bone marrow and a jus. Sounds delicious to us.

The six-course feast is ended with a raspberry and mango cheesecake topped with raspberry sorbet.

Lovely stuff.

If you’re not able to make the dinner with Tom Aiken, don't fret, as the exclusive menu will be available until Saturday March 21.
