Here’s what the new restaurant set-ups look like in Dubai

LPM Restaurant & Bar

LPM Restaurant & Bar

Restaurants across Dubai are reopening – but with that comes a new look due to health and safety and social distancing.

Dubai restaurants are permitted to reopen following the announcement by the Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management on Friday April 24 regarding the partial reduction in restrictions on movement in Dubai during Ramadan. Movement across Dubai is still restricted between 10pm and 6am.

However they are opening reduced hours and limited capacity – for more click here.

Restaurants now open in Dubai must adhere to the UAE’s strict health and safety rules, including the requirement that masks are worn at all times.

Restaurants open in Dubai must reduce the number of seats to 30 percent, and all restaurants must have a red tag with revised maximum seating capacity based on four square metres per guest. There must be a distance of two metres between tables. People aged over 60 and kids aged up to 12 years are not currently permitted to dine in restaurants.

Here’s what restaurants that have reopened in Dubai look like with the social distancing measures. For a full list of restaurants that are open in Dubai, click here.
