Popular burger brand Black Tap has opened a fourth branch in Dubai – and this one is at The Dubai Mall.
Famed for its massive CrazyShakes and tasty burgers, this huge new Downtown Dubai burger joint boasts views of the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain. Spanning 3,638 sq ft this cool new spot has a “boombox booth” and “cassette wall” in keeping with its hip-hop roots. There are also murals from UAE street artists.
And not only does it have cool views, it promises even more shake options as well as two milkshake counters, to keep you happy mid-shopping trip. One of the counters is for dine-in, while the other is a “to go” section if you fancy taking your shake with you. Five shakes – The Brooklyn Blackout, Cookies ’n Cream, the Cookie Shake, Pistachio and Lotus – are all available to go.
As well as the meaty burgers and huge shakes, Black Tap is also home to the Impossible burger – a vegan burger Famed for being almost indeterminable from meat, the burger uses common proteins – including soya – to recreate the “meatiness” of meat, like the flavour and texture. Black Tap also does a vegan cakeshake.
“It has been three years since Black Tap’s NYC inspired burger and shakes first came to the Middle East and we are celebrating with a range of customisable dining options at a brand-new venue in the heart of the city”, said Antonio Gonzalez, CEO of Sunset Hospitality.
“Whether customers are looking to enjoy a sit-down meal with fountain views or rushing through a mall visit, the decision to offer customisable combos, a second shake counter with to-go option ensures Black Tap has something for everyone.”
Other branches of Black Tap in Dubai are at Rixos Premium JBR, Dubai Festival City and Jumeirah Al Naseem, a former winner of our Best North American and Caribbean category at the Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards 2020.
A new branch is also expected to open at Mall of the Emirates this year.
