Dubai’s Fuchsia Urban Thai is already a popular spot for vegans thanks to its already extensive vegan-friendly menu but if you’re looking for options galore, you’re in luck as the family-friendly Thai spot has added new dishes to its repertoire.

The ‘Very Vegan’ menu at the Thai restaurant features more than 20 dishes and the latest additions include a rainbow pad Thai, tofu katsu curry and a lotus stir-fry.

The rainbow pad Thai bowl is packed full of colourful veggies including carrots, beetroots, courgette, sweet potato wedges, lettuce and lotus stems, while the noodles are tossed in a creamy cashew dressing with ginger and fresh mint leaves.

If you’re looking for a bowl of pure comfort, go for the tofu katsu curry with purple rice. And let’s not forget the lotus stir fry: tempura-coated lotus stems that are wok friend with a red chilli jam.

Other vegan-friendly dishes include papaya salad, Thai green curry, wok fried quinoa and banana fritters.

The vegan menu is available all day, every day for both delivery and dine-in.
