Open daily from noon until midnight at The Oberoi Hotel in Business Bay, this is the spot for Japanese foodie fans to tuck into traditionally made sushi, ramen and agemono.
Oh, and it’s the hot spot for Japanese hot pots.
Also known as shabu-shabu, it’s a popular hot pot experience to have with friends and family, offering up thinly sliced meats and bite-sized vegetables to cook right at the table.

With international Japanese chef Mr. Kobayashi Kohe at the helm, also expect kome (rice dishes) including Japanese rice with sashimi, a tempura rice bowl and chicken curry, along with soba and udon noodles foodies are sure to be slurping up.
Sushi is a must here too, with tempura, salmon, tuna, saba-bo sushi rolls and even wagyu cheese to choose from.
Can’t get enough of it all? Good news, as Kimura-Ya also has a brunch every Friday and Saturday, with three hours of unlimited food and drinks anytime between noon and 9pm. And, prices start from an affordable Dhs199, with the house beverages package at Dhs399.
