Time Out Says

Some might say placing a restaurant steps away from Mall of the Emirates, a place filled with different venues and a huge food court, wouldn’t be the best investment to make. But when you’re guaranteed a huge selection of international cuisine, casual al fresco dining and much cheaper dishes than anything at the bustling shopping centre, the tables have truly turned.

Egyptian restaurant Al Amoor Express sets up the perfect place for friends and family to share in a wealth of plates, whether that be traditional Egyptian foul with sausage or aubergine, incredibly meaty or cheesy feteer, pizza with a selection of toppings or even a simple portion of French fries. And the best part? Nearly all of the dishes are priced at Dhs15 or less, which gives customers more room to experiment – or to get more of a dish you’ve taken a liking to.

Even with its spacious seating indoors and outdoors, this popular spot can get fairly busy, especially at night when there’s a cool breeze in the air. If do get the chance to nab yourself a table, you’re in for an inexpensive treat.
