Time Out Says

Blue Bar is described as an ‘original and true blues and jazz venue’ in Dubai. While it doesn’t have the glamour and cool factor of a traditional jazz club, it is a relaxed and informal bar. It feels every inch the hotel bar, due to the bold colour scheme, groups of tourists and international menu. We recommend the fish and chips, which is generously portioned, and the surf and turf for those looking for a more satisfying meal. The menu carries the jazz theme on with starters labelled as ‘Quick Blue Notes’, mains as ‘Jazzy Blues’ and snacks as ‘Out of the Blue’. There’s something for everyone here, including an all-day breakfast, salads, nachos, paninis and an extensive cheese selection. Service can be a little slow at times and the seats aren’t the comfiest for dining, but overall it serves decent food and offers good value for money.
