Time Out Says
Given the choice, you’ll want to make your way straight to a window table, which will offer you gorgeous panoramic views of Downtown Dubai.
You’ll find plenty of the dishes you’d hope to (and expect) – sushi, sashimi, ceviche and the like – as well as plenty of intriguing menu items to boot.
Of course, the classic dishes are expertly prepared, and if you’re a fan of seafood then you’ll be absolutely smitten with the variety and quality on offer. We’d particularly recommend the quinoa and prawn stir-fry – an abundance of large, fresh and flavoursome prawns will keep you happy.
The calabacínes ceviche with courgette, mint, garlic chips and shiitake mushrooms is also a massive hit, as are the wagyu beef short rib bao buns with ají amarillo.
This is also one of the few restaurants where you’ll be able to get your hands on churros for both starter and dessert. For the former you’ll get potato churros, topped with grated manchego cheese and black truffle, while the latter is an orange and lime version with a moreish moat of dulce de leche and chocolate.
We can’t recommend anything on this menu enough.
