Blue Flame isn’t your regular steakhouse. You’ll realise this when you see only two dedicated steak options on the menu. But you’ll find an enticing selection of other meat dishes, seafood, and often a combination of the two – think scallops and duck breast or beef short ribs and king prawn. This is a stylish restaurant, with a blue monochrome design and a futuristic looking pod in the centre of the dining area, which is used for cooking lessons. You can also choose to dine on the terrace. Wherever you sit, expect exceptional service and little extras to make the experience standout. From a welcoming amuse-bouche to a ‘blue flame’ of candy floss to end, this is a restaurant that is clearly making an effort to impress, and it works. While not every dish hits the culinary heights, you’ll leave here feeling more than content thanks to the wonderful service.
