Dean & Deluca Cafe

Time Out Says

Many sing New York-based Dean & Deluca’s praises, but it seems the Dubai franchise doesn’t quite live up to its counterpart. The interior is bland, which is also a good word to describe some of the food offerings. The menu is large and may be too big for its own good, as there is not enough focus on fresh produce. But it’s not all a lost cause. If you’re after something filling and more flavoursome, try the chicken quesadilla wrap, served with a generous portion of chips. You’ll find an assortment of appealing desserts on the menu, although the apple pie and vanilla cupcake lacked flavour and freshness on our last visit. Still, the inviting outdoor setting with great views of the Dubai Fountain goes a long way to raising the experience.
