Favourite brunch? ‘I’m not a big fan of afternoon brunches. The inevitability of over-brunching, falling over and being in bed by 10pm doesn’t appeal. Evening brunches are the way forward. Flavours on Two at the Towers Rotana has good food, good drinks, and it’s on from 7pm until 11pm – perfect before heading to a club.’
Brunch fashion rules: ‘It’s all about avoiding going home before the night out. Standard procedure for me is white pumps, skinny jeans and a decent shirt.’
Worst clothing spotted at a brunch? ‘Last Halloween, a friend dressed up as a taxi driver – he’d paid the driver for his outfit – but then promptly got arrested by CID for impersonating a government official. Apart from that, seeing girls super glammed-up as if they’re going to their best friend’s wedding, when in reality they’re at Double Decker surrounded by a sea of flip-flopped guys, always makes me laugh.’
TV presenter, Out & About.
Favourite brunch? ‘The Bubbalicious brunch at The Westin – it’s so big! I took my seven-year-old nephew Yuvraj there on a shoot for the TV show and he loved it.’
Brunch fashion rules: ‘It’s nice to dress up a bit, but keep it casual and relaxed – summer dresses are perfect. After all, it is the afternoon.’
Worst clothing spotted at a brunch? ‘I once saw a bunch of girls at the Mina A’Salam brunch dressed as though they were going out for the night – dolled up to the max in heels, sparkly dresses and full make-up. It really didn’t look appropriate for a brunch, but then, each to their own!’

Favourite brunch? ‘We both love all kinds of food from all parts of the world, particularly Spectrum on One at the Fairmont.’
Brunch fashion rules: ‘Be presentable, leave presentable. Simple.’
Worst clothing spotted at a brunch? ‘It’s not strictly clothing, but remember that time we jumped into the cotton candy machine and got thrown out?’
