Steamed puto (rice muffins)
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1½ cups milk powder
1 cup water
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
3 eggs

1 Sift the flour in a mixing bowl, then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend well until smooth.

2 Place in greased muffin moulds (the moulds should be about 2/3 full).

3 Steam for up to 30 minutes.
