Indian food makes for the most popular cuisine in Dubai and with the many great flavours the kitchen represents, it’s a huge achievement to win Time Out’s award for Best Indian.
Bur Dubai-based restaurant Aangan carried off the price due to their inventive use of spices, well-prepared dishes and accommodating service.
After receiving the prize Time Out caught up with a very happy Alessandro Hakin from Aangan who thanked his staff for the success, ‘We believe that the people make the product. That means our team make the restaurant’. To those of you out there that yet has to stop by the now award-winning restaurant, Hakin recommends the biryani as the spot’s best dish.
