Ingredients:
Flan Mixture
1ltr Cream UHT
150gms Sugar
1pc Vanilla stick
180gms Egg whole
120gms egg yolk
Chocolate Devil
1500gms Brown sugar
900gms Butter
20nos Eggs
1250gms Hazelnut powder
300gms Cocoa powder
10gms Baking soda
10gms Baking powder
900cc Hot water
50cc Fresh cream

Method:
For Flan mixture - warm the cream in the pan mix with sugar, eggs, vanilla stick like making a cream anglaise. Chocolate devil - Beat sugar and butter add the egg little by little Combine all the dry ingredients and add to butter mixture Lat put the hot water and cream to get the mixture smooth and mix well.

Put the cajeta sauce inside the alluminu cups let it set in the chiller add the chocolate devill mixture with piping bag only small amount. Let set again in the chiller. Last put the flan mixture full cups. Bake onto the bain marie for 30 minutes at 160°C.
