Some of the city’s finest chefs will be presenting their best dishes at Taste Of Dubai 08.
They will be showing off the tricks of the trade and giving visitors to sample food.

Signature dish: Okonomoyaki
Serve approximately 4 portions
250 gr Okonomiyaki powder
300 cc Water
2 pcs Egg
50 gr Shrimp, peeled and cooked
20 gr Spring onion, chopped
Squid, cleaned, sliced and cooked
1. Mix the okonomoyaki powder with egg and water
2. Put the shrimp, squid and spring onion. Season with salt and pepper
3. Cook in a Teflon pan as cooking a pancake
4. Put in a plate and cut into segment.
5. Serve warm
