Ingredients (serves three)
225g grated cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
¼ cup margarine
1 Preheat the oven to 175˚C. Cook the macaroni, then drain and cool.
2 Place a layer of macaroni in a baking dish, then add a layer of cheese. Repeat until the dish is full.
3 Combine the milk and egg, then pour over the macaroni and cheese.
4 Dot with butter and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
