Chocolate cake recipe

Warm hot chocolate cake with peanut butter and raspberry sorbet


(Serves eight)
4 eggs
4 additional egg yolks
8 tbsp sugar
12 tbsp flour
250g butter
250g chocolate
100g peanut butter
To serve: raspberry sorbet (pre-bought)

1 Mix together the whole eggs, egg yolks and sugar, then set aside.

2 Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Add the butter and mix well.

3 Mix the results of step 1 and 2 together in a large bowl and add flour.

4 Transfer the mixture into several small round baking dishes.

5 Add the peanut butter to the mixture in the baking dish and bake in the oven at 200˚C.

6 Remove from the oven after seven to 10 minutes. Serve hot with a scoop of raspberry sorbet.
