Pizza around the world

OK, they're not actually pizzas but these international dishes come pretty close

Huarache

Konya Bread
From pide thorough to lahmacun, the Turkish are nearly as famous for their excellent flatbreads as the Italians are for pizza. We highly recommend you try the Konya flatbread at Turkish Village, a foot long strip of crisp bread topped with minced meat.

Pissaladière
This is a traditional Provencal equivalent to the pizza. It’s a thin, crisp tart, typically topped with caramelised onion and anchovy.
Try it at La Petite Maison.
