This brand-new festival isn’t all Abu Dhabi-based. There’s a whole host of events taking place from Thursday April 9 to 16 right here in Dubai at Anantara Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa. Celebrity chefs will be on hand to host masterclasses, brunches and more. Here are the events you don’t want to miss.
Anantara Gourmet Fork & Cork Friday Brunch
The regular Friday event this week features turns from chefs Xavier Caille, Claire Clark, Mark Olive and Igor Macchia.

A Taste of Bo.lan

An Italian Table
Chef Igor Macchia hosts a beachside four-course dinner, fusing Italian and Eastern cuisines. Expect the likes of black truffle caviar risotto and wild rice-stuffed squid with ginger.

Penfolds Cellar Door and Outback BBQ
