Filling the Blues with Moti Roti
Local wrap specialist Moti Roti has introduced a charitable iftar initiative. Local food brands such as Taqado and Lebaneesh will donate iftar meals for labourers. You can volunteer to help hand the iftar meals out. Bringing additional donations of water, sweets and snacks is encouraged.

Jumeirah Restaurant Week
Extended Only at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray that is. Apparently, the Palm Jumeirah resort enjoyed JRW so much that its restaurants (The Rib Room, Lalezar, Al Nafoorah and Amala) will continue to run this set-price menu promotion into August. Al Nafoorah and Lalezar will offer this promotion only after Ramadan.

La Serre Bistro and Boulangerie’s ‘The House’ pop-up
During Ramadan, the restaurant has turned itself into a unique art pop-up. The walls have been stripped bare and art collective The Animation Chamber have quite literally been given carte blanche to paint straight onto the walls.

Ronda Locatelli’s Ronda Unpacked menu
Inspired by Giorgio Locatelli’s Italy Unpacked TV show, his Dubai restaurant has launched a bi-monthly degustation menu. Each of the four-course menus will be themed around a particular region of Italy. The menu for July and August looks at Sicily.

RWAQ Ramadan at The Walk
This late-night event for Ramadan features five zones dedicated to food, culture, art, fashion, and installations, located at the Murjan and Sadaf areas along The Walk, JBR. For dining, there are two dedicated marquees serving contemporary Arabic fusion menus.
