We know a few brunches where you get to sample a variety of dishes from restaurants under the same roof all at once. But this upcoming offering from Jumeriah Emirates Towers takes the cake (right off The Ivy’s dessert platter).
They’ve introduced The Gastronomer’s Dinner in Dubai, which allows diners to experience a three-course dinner in three different restaurants inside JET.
From August 1, foodie fans who want the chance to try out several places at the city’s DIFC location at once will be in luck as for Dhs750 you will be able to dine at Alta Badia, Rib Room and The Ivy. The culinary experience is rather exclusive too as only 10 people can take part in the delicious event each night.
Try something new directly in the kitchen at Alta Badia where the chef will prepare a delightful Amuse Buche from the 51st floor of JET followed by a starter such as burrata or octopus, paired with a grape drink. But before you sample what’s like to dine at the chef’s table inside the kitchen try one of the mixed drinks prepared in the Alta Badia bar on the floor above and take in the awesome nighttime views while you wait for friends to gather.
For the main course head down to the Butcher’s Block at The Rib Room for more grape teamed up with a whole lot of meat served on a wooden chopping block. From sliders and beef croquets, to tenderloin steak, lamb cutlet and short ribs, plus a range of sides including mushrooms and asparagus you’ll be stuffed to the brim if you forget dessert is up next.
Save room for the Dessert Platter at The Ivy with tastes of rhubarb on meringue, vanilla ice cream and a strawberry cake. While you wait be enthralled by a mixology class accompanied by a dessert beverage at The Ivy Bar.
The launch adds to the many interesting dining experiences here in the emirate. Did you know you could also dine in the dark, pay per dining minute or see a dance show up-close-and-personal while you eat?
