Fried crispy prawns
200g yellow tail white prawns 5pcs (25 pcs/kg)
100g spring roll sheets
50g egg noodles
5g coriander root
5g white pepper powder
5g garlic clove
10ml light soya sauce
50g rice flour with water
500g cooking oil
50g sweet and sour chilli sauce
窶「 Clean prawns. Peel and vein leave the tail on, dry with paper towel.
窶「 Pound coriander root, garlic clove and white pepper powder together until fine and add soy sauce.
窶「 Marinated prawns with the paste for 30 minutes.
窶「 Balanced egg noodle and cool it down.
窶「 Cut spring roll sheet to squares for 5 inches.
窶「 Wrap marinated prawns with spring roll sheet and tight with noodles.
窶「 Deep-fried prawns till golden brown.
