Lamb with yialoradika
500g yaloradika (wild herbs that grow near the Greek seaside)
2 spring onions
A few fennel seeds
4tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
窶「 Sautテゥ the lamb in 2 tbsp of olive oil with the spring onions, the onions, and the fennel seeds in a cooking pot.
窶「 Add enough water to just cover the lamb in the pot and let simmer on low heat for around 25 minutes.
窶「 Add the yaloradiaka, salt and pepper and allow to simmer for another 15 minutes, bringing the total time to 40 mins.
窶「 Finally, combine the flour with 2 tbsp of olive oil and add it to the sauce in the pot, bringing it to a boil for a minute.
