What made you want to open a restaurant?
When you’re passionate about food you can’t be confined within the walls of an office. I’ve travelled the world, collecting unique recipes and flavours. House of Pizza is my culinary dream come true.
You used to work in medical labs. Will you bring science to your creations?
Without a doubt. Cooking is a science; a blend of ingredients and a series of multiple chemical reactions. My background led me to distil the secret formula for perfect pizza dough.
How did your mum inspire you to cook?
I used to help her around the kitchen by prepping the ingredients as she watched over me. These childhood memories bring tears to my eyes.
How will House of Pizza stand out?
The culture of family restaurants serving home-made Italian food is missing here. Our pizzas will be prepared from the soul.
