Black bean soup

600ml of black bean puree
150ml cooking cream
75g chipotle pepper puree
250ml of chicken stock
15g salt
10g white pepper

• Place the black bean puree in a pot.

• Add the chicken stock and bring to boil.

• After put the cooking cream and cook until it boils again.

• Add chipotle pepper and mixed together.

• Season with salt and pepper.

Sopa de Frijol
1ltr black bean soup
100g diced avocado
100g crispy corn tortilla
100ml crema fresca
100g fresh cheese

Place the black bean soup in a bowl, and in the center place the avocado along with the crispy corn tortillas,put around the diced fresh cheese and drizzle with crema fresca.
