2000ml milk long life
250ml cooking cream
500g sugar custard
130g corn starch
120g gluten rice flour (Thai)
75g rice flour
5g vanilla essence
250g mint Leaves
750g turkish coffee icecream
50g cinnamon powder

窶「 First mix the milk long life milk, sugar, corn starch, vanilla essence gluten rice flour, vanilla essence in a cook pan before the cook mix them well until become smooth.

窶「 Then put on fire slowly boil it and whisk until it窶冱 become to thicken.

窶「 Last minute put the cooking cream and keep a side then put 500gm pudding in your iron tray and boil it on slow fire until it窶冱 become caramel colour on an average 15minute then which is left over pudding put in a tray and keep a side until become cold then direct put in chiller.

窶「 Serve it Turkish coffee ice cream mint leaves and cinnamon powder.
