Stir fried seafood noodles
200g egg noodles
4pcs baby corn
1pc each red, yellow and green pepper
Oil for cooking
Salt & pepper to taste
Kim – chi sauce to taste
• Boil the egg noodles and set aside.
• Heat some oil in a wok and add the prawns, squid, salt and pepper and cook.
• Next put all the remaining vegetables along with the boiled noodles and stir fry.
