This new brunch at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai is a lovely addition to the Saturday circuit, with its beautiful pool and beachside views, outdoor terrace and chilled-out DJ tunes. The setting is fabulous and relaxing, and the food is even better, offering a selection of the chef’s choices.
The Asian-inspired seafood menu changes slightly each week to keep it interesting, but you’ll always find some standout regulars. Don’t miss the platter of delicious, fresh sushi, steamed dim sum, tenderloin steak and the perfect black cod. There are also fruity desserts and excellent mochi.
You can enjoy it all on the wood-decked terrace, though make sure you book your spot here early. The terrace overlooks the Arabian Gulf, or you can sit inside the restaurant by the large open doors. Alternatively, you can grab a stool by the big poolside bar that transports you to the best tropical resorts around the world.
This one gets booked up quickly and is almost always full, but that doesn’t mean it gets rowdy. This is a sophisticated yet laid-back experience that offers a modest slice of the quintessential Dubai high-life.
