US Michelin-starred chef David Myers has launched a brand-new brunch at his recently opened French restaurant, Bleu Blanc, and it sounds charming.
The eatery, in the Renaissance Downtown Hotel Dubai, is based around the south of France, and the Comme ça Friday brunch promises a range of signature dishes brought to your table. Highlights include oxtail tartine, polenta croquettes, grilled king prawns, skirt steak and mac and cheese.
Opening late last year, the restaurant boasts fresh blues and whites, views over the Dubai Water Canal and a decent range of grape.

Set on the terrace out into the sea, offering up stunning views all around, this California-fusion brunch at Scape runs every Saturday from 12.30pm-4pm, and you’ll get a range of dishes served to the table.
Specials include sushi donuts, Angus beef tataki, tempura, quesadillas and burrata to start, followed by chicken and octopus, lobster, braised short ribs and glazed Baltic salmon for main course, finished off with quirky sweet tacos, ice cream sandwiches or a doughnut cheesecake. There will also be drinks stations.
