The best restaurants in Dubai have been revealed at the Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards 2018 - here are the top places for French food

WINNER: La Petite Maison

Year after year this beautiful restaurant nestled in the heart of DIFC continues to exceed our expectations. From its glorious lamb chops to its rich and creamy dauphinoise potatoes and fresh salads, whatever you pick you won’t be disappointed. Always busy, always buzzing and unfailingly excellent, this is a top-class restaurant with heaps of Gallic charm that you simply shouldn’t miss.

HIGHLY COMMENDED: Bistrot Bagatelle

This extravagant French restaurant has a fun vibe and top-notch food. The atmosphere is buzzing, the décor is super cool and the dishes are tasty.

HIGHLY COMMENDED: La Serre Bistro & Boulangerie

If you want elegant dining, then La Serre perfoms time and again. A date-worthy venue in Downtown that’s worth a visit.

SHORTLISTED: Brasserie Quartier

A beautiful art deco dining room, all light and airy, houses this sophisticated European restaurant in The St. Regis Dubai. The seafood is a particular highlight.

Where some could fall foul of pretension, there’s none of that here. The atmosphere is buzzy, with not a whiff of stuffiness about it.

Set within the newest section of City Walk, it’s chic, dainty and demure. The colour scheme is fresh and bright – all white and beige with pops of colour coming from foliage in baskets suspended from the ceiling.

A casual French bistro dishing out all the classics – especially moules frites, steak frites, pain perdu and more. There’s a good range of deals on offer throughout the week, too.
