Café chain serving brilliant breakfasts
Time Out Says
From Time Out Dubai Eating Out 2009There’s no doubt that the breakfasts at this greasy spoon are a bargain. Dhs36 gets you a full English fry-up with toast, mini jars of jam, coffee, juice and pastries.
However, don’t expect exceptional grub: the eggs aren’t the best quality, and the juices, though billed as freshly squeezed, taste suspiciously like syrup and ice.
There is, however, a decent range of food, from omelettes and pancakes to sandwiches and wraps. If you crave a lazy morning, the café has a decent range of magazines you can sift through while dining. French Connection is also a decent bet for a take away if you can’t be bothered to get out of bed.
