Time Out Says

The Brazilian restaurant in Fairmont The Palm offers a full churrascaria experience. It is a fun, immersive night out, where you get to interact with waiters and musicians and join in with the entertainment. For a set price you can enjoy the buffet station, where not everything hits the spot (but there's enough choice that it doesn't really matter) as well as a full-on meaty experience. Traditional Brazilian soup follows the buffet, along with our favourite, pao de queijo (cheesey, puffy, bread), then it's time for the main event – the meat. The staff parade around the restaurant with skewers or trolleys of chicken, beef and lamb, displaying plenty of different cuts and ways of cooking. All you need to do is flag them down and savour the succulent meat and incredible flavour. We love the black mustard tri tip, the beef ribs and strip loin. They all come with rice, potatoes and black bean stew, so it's a filling meal. If you can still fit some dessert in, the curros with Nutella sauce are a hit.
